The Lotus-based Roadster is just the start; next out of the chute is the Model S sedan, a gorgeous performance luxury car that can seat seven people. Nope, not a typo. Available with a 300-mile battery pack and a quick-charge setup that can juice the car in 45 minutes, the Model S arrives in 2012 and could re-write the rules for building a modern luxury sedan.
