Site Features Social Media Tools to Foster an Interactive Consumer Experience on the Local Level
SALT LAKE CITY, September 9, 2008 - Vehix, a multi-platform digital automotive network, today announced that it has launched new social media capabilities across its site, Vehix.com, which hosts more than 7 million auto buyers, sellers, dealers and enthusiasts each month. With consumer reviews, comments, ratings and forums, the online community delivers a new level of social media interactivity for potential auto buyers.
Users can rate cars in six different categories and then comment on reviews written by visitors. In addition to its rating capabilities, the site also offers “open Personas,” which allow visitors to create personal profiles that reflect their unique car preferences and opinions.
