20 June 2007 VEHIX ADDS DIRECTOR OF CONTENT Jeff Reynolds to develop deep, engaging automotive content to attract and inform auto shoppers and auto lovers
Salt Lake City – June 20, 2007 –Vehix, the multi-platform digital automotive network and online portal, announced today the hiring of IT veteran Jeff Reynolds as director of content acquisitions.

Now we’re focusing on growing our network with multi-media digital content that makes the site more appealing and sticky for consumers, dealers and advertisers alike,” said Vehix CEO Derek Mattsson. “Jeff’s proven track record in digital media makes him a great asset at Vehix as we build a content-focused network that’s relevant for today’s time-shifting consumers who need information when they want it, in the format they want it, over a variety of distribution platforms including the Internet, cable television, video-on-demand, and mobile devices.”
Reynolds foresees many types of content for Vehix, including increased third-party video, original editorial, and user-generated content. He is charged with developing quality automotive news and trend information for the Vehix network. With Reynolds in charge of content, Vehix is positioned to become a destination for not only auto shoppers, but also car enthusiasts.

Reynolds boasts a wealth of experience spanning seven years in several sectors of the online technology industry. During his tenure as a digital media business development manager at Microsoft from 2001-2002, he identified strategic partnerships and revenue streams while producing Webcast content. Most recently, as the senior web producer for the Fortune 500 technology company Peak Systems, Reynolds oversaw the rapid growth of the Denver office.
