Bud Berrett is responsible for the direction and successful implementation of all technology for Vehix. Bud has more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector with more than 12 years in Internet technologies. Prior to joining Vehix, Bud worked as a Senior IT Consultant and Security Analyst for Information Technology International where he helped Utah's Department of Workforce Services become a national leader in online services and solutions. He also designed and implemented the security policies and procedures for the PHS3 application and designed the security model and wrote security procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance for the Utah Department of Health implementation of the Center for Disease Control’s National Electronic Disease Surveillance System. (PHS3 is a bio-terror detection system compatible with the CDC’s NEDSS system). Rufus Frost has over 20 years of sales experience that include both local and national advertising sales for radio, cable television, and Internet. Between 2002 and 2007, Rufus served as the VP of Affiliate relations in the eastern US for Vehix. In this role Rufus has successfully expanded Vehix into over 20 new markets and where Vehix was leveraged against over $21 million in annual cable ad spending. Prior to joining Vehix in 2002, Rufus worked at theDial, an Internet Radio Company, as the Vice President of Ad Sales and sold the first interactive audio advertisers like Sears, P&G, Visa, and Discovery Channel. When Loudeye Corporation acquired theDial, he was responsible for the Central US region for all of Loudeye’s Digital Services, and sold new digital products to the Coca Cola Corporation for branded web radios, growing annual revenues for this division by over 300% in one year. Prior to theDial, Rufus was with AT&T Media Services where he managed large automotive dealer groups, national advertising agencies, and major media companies while successfully growing revenues and exceeding annual budgets. He spent six years with Citadel Communications Corporation, serving as sales manager for several Citadel stations. Rufus is a graduate of Bates College.

Michael Waterman is responsible for all Vehix communications, which include setting the editorial direction of Vehix.com and the Vehix blog, managing the Vehix editorial staff, building relationships with vehicle manufacturer communications teams, writing and publishing Vehix press releases and developing communications programs, and overseeing the Vehix customer service team. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in content development, marketing and advertising, product development and relationship management. Prior to joining Vehix, Michael managed marketing communications and advertising for a $100 million business division at Ingenix, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. And going way back, he worked as a writer for multiple advertising agencies. Michael earned bachelor's degrees in Communication and Political Science and a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Utah.
