2010 XC60: Volvo enters the compact crossover SUV market with the all-new 2010 XC60. Highlights include numerous safety technologies: City Safety, Collision Warning with Automatic Braking, Driver Alert, lane-departure warning and blind-spot information systems are available. The XC60 can even be equipped with a heartbeat sensor that can detect if an intruder is hiding inside the XC60.
2010 XC90: The XC90 enters its eighth year of production with added standard equipment and three new option packages: Multi-media, Dynamic and Executive. The XC90 V8 R-Design model has been discontinued for 2010.
