The Cadillac STS (view photos) carries over for 2010 without significant change. Two new color choices are added for 2010 and the ultra-luxury STS Platinum Edition—loaded with premium features—returns. Of note, Cadillac introduced a possible replacement for the STS—the XTS Platinum Concept—at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
